This rubber wood material preparation plant with the largest single capacity and the most complete process in Asia has an intelligent rate of 95%. The whole production line is like a smart "highway", which will not only avoid congestion, but also can adjust the wiring as needed at any time.

Not along the border, not along the coast, and without wood resources as the foundation, Nankang craftsmen have developed their old practice of "carpentry" into an industrial cluster with a scale of more than 200 billion yuan by virtue of "a plane knife and a saw blade", realizing the transformation from manual workshops to intelligent manufacturing, from imitating and pasting brands to regional brands, from marketing domestically to trading globally.

Since 2012, Nankang District has seized the important opportunity to support the development of the furniture industry in Nankang in accordance with the Several Opinions of the State Council on Supporting the Revitalization and Development of the Former Central Soviet Areas such as Gannan, and continued to promote the "individual to enterprise, small to scale upgrading, regulation to stock, stock listing, leading enterprises, and cluster cultivation", thoroughly getting rid of the label of "small, scattered, disorderly, and dirty" in the furniture industry. Aiming at the digital economy, in recent years, Nankang District has emancipated its mind, applied 5G, big data, blockchain, artificial intelligence and other new generation information technologies, and made every effort to promote the replenishment, strengthening and extension of the furniture industry. At the beginning of this year, "Jiangxi Ganzhou Nankang Smart Home Industry Cluster" successfully entered the advanced manufacturing industry cluster project of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, marking that the digital and intelligent level of Nankang furniture industry has entered the "national team".

In order to comply with the trend of intellectualization and digitalization, Nankang District has established a Chinese furniture intelligent manufacturing innovation center, deeply implemented the Internet plus+Internet of Things+robot+parts standard library, and realized wood sorting, automatic processing and identification of workpieces, intelligent scheduling of industrial resources, and intelligent online selection of furniture. At the same time, it has created an intelligent network for the home furnishing industry in Nankang, enabling furniture production to achieve streamlined operations just like making cars.

All the data in the operation process of these sharing platforms are gathered and integrated through the home industry smart network, which has opened up a bottleneck for the development of the furniture industry of Nankang and injected innovation momentum." Data shows that up to now, more than 200 enterprises have completed digital transformation in the area, and more than 500 enterprises have "gone to the cloud".

Gree Electric Appliances, Red Star Macalline, Fantasy Home and other well-known furniture, household appliances and home decoration enterprises are competing to settle in Nankang. "I didn't expect the project to advance so fast and the cadres in the old area to compete so hard; I didn't expect the government service to be so good, 'whatever you ask for, whatever you ask for'; I didn't expect the agglomeration effect to be so strong, and more and more enterprises are optimistic about Jiangxi and investing in Jiangxi."
